What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please note that processing times may take 1-2 business days before the order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of hair care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened for hygiene reasons.

Are ORS Hair Care products sulfate-free?

Many of our collections, including the Olive Oil and Curls Unleashed lines, offer sulfate-free options. Please check the specific product ingredients list on the product page for detailed information.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our global community in the near future.
